Before I started the course, negotiating with clients and pricing for my services was too hard so I went with the industry average or kept my prices low. I also did not have a real strategy to grow or raise my prices, because I believed no one in my industry charges ‘that much’. As a professor and practitioner, Mrids has taught an adaptation of the Harvard Program on Negotiation to corporate leaders and business schools in Paris. She now teaches corporate workshops on negotiations, consults with business leaders on negotiations as well as individual and group coaching and mentoring sessions on negotiations.
The sales and strategy modules are derived from the Mridula’s studies in her Masters Program at Columbia University, New York.
