CORPORATE LEADERS COMMUNICATE
with confidence, intention, clarity and ease.
As a corporate leader communication is the key to effective and inspiring leadership.
Communication is everything in relationships. with your teams, within your organization, for your brand, as a leader
I coach women to fulfill their potential working through:
-
Mindset : Can I ask for more pay? How?
Work with me on your confidence and mindset. - Money Story & Money beliefs: We all have a money story we inherited or absorbed, that acts as a ceiling on how much we earn, save, achieve or ask for. Work with me on rewriting your money story.
- Identify Your Zone of Excellence: Build a solid business case for you to ask for more working from your excellence.
-
Negotiation & Strategy: With strategy & techniques from the Harvard Negotiations Project to confidently ask for more.
The Power Ask Toolkit:
I developed the power ask toolkit to help women use the skills, techniques and mindset necessary to Ask for More in all the areas of their lives.
What the Power Ask Toolkit contains:
Lessons, training, skills, mindset and techniques from my experience as a negotiator (using the Harvard Negotiation Technique), founder of successful startups, film producer (yes, Matt Damon is a dream to work with) sales executive and podcaster. It is a powerful formula of tools garnered across multiple disciplines and used by successful negotiators, CEOS and leaders everyday.
The Good News:
The good news is you don’t have to run around trying to acquire skills from different domains, it has already done and tested it for you.
It wasn’t always sunshine and roses, I too have had my share of ‘horrible bosses’, and in my younger days there were definitely times I felt I should have stood up for myself, negotiated better – but I didn’t know how.

When I say I’ve tested my toolkit, here is what it means:
- In my recent past I’ve negotiated my salary and remuneration higher than my peers, consistently closed consulting engagements and deals over $1million for the firms I worked with
- Brought global banks to the table to find a financing solution for one of my startups (I don’t have a finance background)
- Advised startups and business owners on business strategy, scaling internationally and growth.
- I also advise board members of large global companies
- Coach several inspiring female executives to greater and more fulfilling roles, along with writing their speeches, PR material and coaching their public appearances, TED talks and so on.

WHY I ASK FOR MORE AND WHY YOU SHOULD TOO
Women are notorious under-askers. That’s right.
We walk away from situations not ASKING and negotiating an outcome that is favorable to us. The estimates are that 86% of women (that’s 8 women in a room of 10) who walk away accepting what is given to them – not what they would have asked for – if they knew how, not what they wanted, but what someone else deemed OK to give them. Why? See the next section for guidance on learning the Ask for More tools.
WHY, I ASK FOR MORE AND WHY YOU SHOULD TOO
Women BELIEVE that their efforts are noticed and when they don’t get the recognition or support, they deserve, they get frustrated.
Turns out we should have ASKED for what we wanted.
WHY I ASK FOR MORE AND WHY YOU SHOULD TOO
“Don’t know how, it’s too terrifying.” “I’m a hopeless negotiator” “I don’t like to ASK”, 75% of women don’t ask because they don’t know how to ASK –
I’m here to help with that.
WHY I ASK FOR MORE AND WHY YOU SHOULD TOO
“What’s the point, it was a NO the last time”.
We women take rejection personally and once we’re afraid of that, we won’t ask.
A large 60% of women will take negotiations personally, which means they won’t go back to negotiate if the one ASK doesn’t go in their favor.
